SWARM2026
Built an image-processing pipeline that identifies and counts cell colonies in microscope images. Dstinguishes between two cell types and analyzes how their relative spatial organization. Used Python, OpenCV, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-image, Matplotlib, and watershed segmentation.

Built a volunteer management portal for Omelora that connects 3K+ members with service opportunities and tracks hours.
Used TypeScript, Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, NextAuth.js, and Resend.

Developed a Python Gillespie simulation to model the emergent spatial organization of bacterial cross-feeding. Built image-analysis tools to quantify bacterial cell types and spatial distributions in microscopy images. Used Python, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Pillow, and Jupyter.

AI African language learner trained on native voice models. Covers 80+ phrases with pronunciation correction. Used Google WAXAL speech data, automatic speech recognition (ASR), and text-to-speech (TTS).

Built internal operations platform powering Connect Me, the largest student-run free 1:1 tutoring service in the U.S. Manages tutor-student pairings, session scheduling, Zoom links, volunteer hours, and automated comms. Supports 5K+ registered users and an organization that has delivered 60,000+ sessions and $5.7M+ in free tutoring across 43 states and 12 countries.
